Our team was tasked with conducting a business opportunity analysis for entry into the controlled environment agriculture industry. We conducted extensive market research and crafted a voice of customer campaign with key opinion leaders that involved holding interviews and survey dissemination. The final recommendations regarding the best route to market were presented, and an executive summary was distributed to the company sponsor.

Our team was tasked with exploring the possibility of a predictive platform for drug development investments. We focused on identifying trends relating larger stock price movements to a variety of factors within the pharma industry. This was completed through extensive data analytics, and the final conclusions were presented to the sponsor.

Evaluation of the Evolving Commercial and Regulatory Landscape for Molecular Diagnostics
Our team was tasked with evaluating the future of molecular diagnostics relating to the development of traditionally manufactured, FDA-approved, in-vitro diagnostics against laboratory-developed tests. We identified trends in test development and utilization by both testing and disease type, evaluated and assessed the impact of proposed legislation on MDx development, estimated the path to market considerations for IVDs and LDTs, and applied this knowledge to a discussion of the recent commercialization of GRAIL’s LDT technology, Galleri.
